Your Story: I was laid off last year from my position in Title Insurance along with my entire department, due to the decline in the housing market and economy. I took that opportunity to use what I have learned in the industry to freelance in the same field. I currently work independently for several clients. I also took advantage of having more time and started my second story for the Scotty The Racecar's Great Adventure series. Hopefully I will finish it before Christmas. I also took advantage of having more time on my hands and decided to use Facebook and e-mails to post and forward missing children's information. I go on line to several websites such as http://criminaljustice.state.ny.us/missing/alpha1.htm AND http://us.missingkids.com/missingkids/servlet/PageServlet?LanguageCountry=en_US&PageId=245. I copy the web address and add it to my Facebook Profile. Then I e-mail the information and photo to everyone in my phonebook even strangers. I will have my own website to promote my story books and I intend on having a page devoted to finding missing kids. I hope that who ever reads this will do the same. We can all help to find these children and to make this world a safer one for children. You can log onto Missingkids.com the website has several ways that any individual or business can help and it doesn't cost you a cent.
