Tracy Medley, general manager of Millennium Skating Rink, has made her job a second home for her kids.

Transcript From The Show
Tracy Medley was born to skate, it’s what she loves to do with her family, it’s what she teaches and it’s even how she and her husband got married tying the knot in their finest wheels here at Millennium Skating Rink in Camden, New Jersey where Lawrence is Operations manager and Tracy is the General Manager.
Linda: This must be the Top 10 job a kid must want their mother to have.
Tracy: I love roller-skating.
Linda: You've really made this a second home.
Tracy: Oh it's wonderful that you can take your kids along and raise them with you while you're at work. When the kids come home from school they come here right and they do their homework here and after that our session start in the evenings 5:00 or 6:00 o’clock and they help out with the session and with customers coming in.
Linda: And your kids really appreciate how hard you work when they're here watching you.
Tracy: Yes they do! (laugh) We're doing birthday parties, we're running the sessions, as a session manager you’re' running around making sure the food is right, the birthday parties are like their supposed to be, and the front door is handled correctly.
Linda: And then the baby starts crying.
Tracy: Most of the time I'm carrying him around in a carrier. Sometimes I actually go to city council meetings or presentations and things like that and bring the baby along and that works out good because I don't have to pay for a babysitter and we're here all the time.
(Everyone’s Skating) 
And having a great time! And getting in shape! And meeting people! And feeling like part of a family!
Tracy: We burn 800 to 1600 calories each time you skate.
Linda: So this is how you meet guy’s right?
Linda to Brian (camera man): Maybe I need more practice Brian.
Linda: And you have a really good support system?
Tracy’s Mom: He wasn’t too fussy then.
Tracy: Oh boy my mother she does a wonderful job, she helps me out. I also have my husband Lawrence, his mother, and his grandmother that comes over that comes over and they help out.
Linda: Thank god for those moms
Thank God is right because Tracy rarely gets a break from the many events she creates for the skating rink.
Tracy: We have adult session every Wednesday night from 9-1. We have a Gospel Night session; it's a wonderful session. We have praise dancers that come in, choirs perform during gospel night session Thursday evenings, on Friday we have a Dollar Day and Teen Night where we have Club Millennium so with a club atmosphere of dancing on teen night. We also have national roller skating parties. These are adult parties where skaters travel from all over the country to get together and roller skate.
Lawrence and Tracy: You going on a trip? Another skating party and you know I'm going to miss you.
Linda: What’s it like with you and your husband working in the same place?
Tracy: One of the good things is that I can step away when we need to that I'm able to rearrange the schedule where Lawrence can handle the skating rink and I can go to the school functions and go to the school parties and things like that. I love school.
And visiting 5 schools a week along with one of her cheeriest employees to help the schools raise money with skating parties makes Tracy a local celebrity with kids.
Tracy: I'm lucky the kangaroo and I'm really feeling lucky today!

Tracy: Hi everybody my name is Tracy from Millennium Skate World.
Linda: So you're very popular?
Tracy: Yes, yes Millennium’s very popular and when they see me the kids call me the “Skating Rink Lady” when they see me out. Being in a skating rink I look forward to coming here every day. And when I walk through the door I know I’m going to be faced with challenges but it's very rewarding.
